People have a mental map that helps us carry out the most daily actions. This element contains a series of patterns constituted mainly by emotions and beliefs, which with techniques such as The Emotion Code or Behavioral Kinesiology can be modified so that they act constantly in our benefit.
The muscle test or kinesiological test allows us to establish a direct dialogue with our subconscious mind, being able to locate the emotional or internal origin of the results we obtain today. If we want to have different effects in our various areas we must reprogram our mental map.
With these meetings we will begin the deactivation and empowerment of the factors that are determining your reality.
The last few years I have been dedicated to the study of the unconscious mind, after having tried different techniques first on myself and then on the people I serve, I dedicate myself to sharing my experience both individually and with groups from various fields: companies, educational and personal development centers, organizations, among others.
My intention is to share the tools that have allowed me to “redesign” my “subconscious archive” so that it is more in tune with the life I feel I should live. I believe that we all have the possibility of modifying the information in our internal database and thus live a much fuller experience. I share some concepts that will give you a better approach of what this process can be for you.
Throughout our entire lives we continually experience emotions of one kind or another. Life can be difficult and emotions can be overwhelming at times. All of us experience negative emotional extremes at some point that most of us would rather forget, but unfortunately, the influence of these events can stay with us in the form of trapped emotions.
Sometimes, for reasons we don’t yet understand, emotions are not fully processed. In these cases, instead of simply experiencing the emotion and then moving on, the energy of the emotion is somehow “trapped” within the physical body. So instead of putting your moment of negativity or sadness behind you, this harmful emotional energy can remain within your body causing significant physical and emotional stress. Most people are shocked to discover that their emotional baggage is more literal than they had imagined. In effect, trapped emotions consist of well-defined energies that have meaning and form. Despite not being visible, they are very real.
(From the book The Emotion Code, Dr. Bradley Nelson)
There are basically 3 types of trapped emotions: own, prenatal and inherited.
· Own: The normal thing with any emotion is to live it, learn from it and let it go. Sometimes these emotions get out of hand and are not processed correctly, so that they not only get trapped in our body but also create a pattern of behavior at a subconscious level. An emotion of betrayal generated at the age of 18 in our relationship can determine our behavior in subsequent relationships, acting as an alert and making us feel uncomfortable in situations in which everything is really fine.
· Prenatal: These are emotions that mothers do not process correctly during pregnancy, being recorded not only in their subconscious but also in that of the babies.
· Inherited: These are emotions that are transmitted during conception. When the sperm meets the egg, they share not only chromosomes but also emotions from our ancestors. It is common that today it is affecting us, for example, an emotion of frustration originating in one of our great-great-grandparents.
It is said that it is the “set of mental processes, not consciously perceived by the individual, but that can emerge in certain situations and influence their way of acting or their character”.
“Until the unconscious becomes conscious, the subconscious will continue to direct your life and you will call it destiny”
Carl Gustav Jung
If we base ourselves on the image of the Iceberg, we can see that there are three well-differentiated parts: the conscious (part of the visible rock), our own subconscious (part of the rock not visible) and the collective subconscious (the sea that unites all the Icebergs) .
· Conscious mind: Symbolized by the tip of the Iceberg, it represents 5% of the information that we have in our mind.
· Conscious mind : Symbolized by the “hidden” part of the rock, it represents 95% of the information in our mind. This non-conscious information is responsible for most things that happen in our lives, hence the importance of reprogramming the mind.
· Collective Unconscious: The Swiss psychoanalyst Carl Gustav Jung coined the term Collective Unconscious, referring to a conscious field to which we are all connected. Then came physicists and biologists like Rupert Sheldrake who called it the Morphogenic Field.
Dr. David R. Hawkins called the collective Subconscious “Consciousness Database” and describes it as follows: “The individual human mind is like a computer terminal connected to a giant database. The database is consciousness itself, of which our own understanding is just an individual expression, but rooted in the common consciousness of all humanity. The unlimited information contained in this database has now been revealed to be easily available to everyone in a few seconds, anywhere, anytime.”
